1930s Drapey Rayon Knit Top

 This classic 1930s knit top is made of a beautiful rayon yarn that drapes delightfully on the body. It features a large dagger collar with a very open knit and looped edge, and dual patterning in the knit of the main portion of the sweater which creates the effect of alternating bands. There is a wide waistband in the more solid knit pattern. This piece is sheer due to the open nature of the knit. The sole closure is a button at the back of the neck which creates a keyhole. This piece is the perfect wardrobe staple and looks equally good worn loose or tucked in!
