1940s Bright Floral Print Skirt

This bright and happy skirt is a great addition to any spring and summer wardrobe. Made of a subtly textured cotton, the print is of red, yellow, green, blue, and white flowers appearing in vertical stripes alternating with stripes of solid white. The skirt is finely gathered below the waistband, and closes down the front with 9 red bakelite buttons that have a frilly edge. I love pieces like this as you can keep pulling out colors from the print to base different look around.
